Baymack Activity Monitor is a productivity and activity-tracking tool used by individuals and organizations to understand how work time is spent across applications and websites. We take privacy seriously and collect only the data required to provide this functionality.

Data We Collect

• Visited website domain names (e.g., example.com)
• Activity timestamps (start and end times)
• Duration of activity
• Browser type and device identifier
• Incognito / private mode status (flag only)
• AFK (idle) status

We do NOT collect:

• Full URLs or page content
• Form inputs, passwords, messages, or keystrokes
• Personal files or local data

How We Use This Data

Collected data is used exclusively to:

• Generate activity and productivity reports
• Display live activity dashboards
• Calculate focus and idle time metrics
• Provide organizational usage insights

Data Storage & Security

Data is transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored on protected servers. Access is restricted to authorized users within the organization.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share collected data with third parties. Data is visible only to the user and authorized administrators within the same organization.

Incognito / Private Browsing

If the extension is enabled in incognito or private browsing mode, only activity metadata (domain and timestamps) is collected. Private content is never accessed.

User Control

Users can:

• Disable or uninstall the extension at any time
• Disable incognito access from browser settings
• Contact administrators for data-related questions

Policy Enforcement

Changes to privacy-related browser permissions (such as incognito access) may be detected and logged for compliance purposes.
